If you're interested in becoming an Approved Service Vendor, you must first fill out:

ASD's Invitation to Submit (ITS) Packet

If you are interested in becoming an ASD-approved service vendor, here are the steps. 1) Gather necessary materials (AK business license, federal tax id, insurance, flyers).  2) Complete ASD's Invitation to Submit packet link is above. 3) Once approved, reach out to Dawn Kauffman (907) 742-4486  or kauffman_dawn@asdk12.org , to complete an Educational Service Agreement (ESA) with FPCS.
